In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Europe/Moscow' for 'MSD/4.0/DST' instead (2)
решение :
Раскомментировать либо добавить если нет строчку :
date.timezone = «Europe/Mosсow»
Если же варн остается, то переводим сайт в режим работы «php как FastCGI» и меняем уже в пользовательском конфиге.
